Duties & Responsibilities - Provide quality customer service to guests; protect game by monitoring player/dealer activity; ensure departmental compliance to Nevada Gaming Regulations; safeguard assets of Pit; ensure tables have sufficient funds, ect; make fills, credits, etc.; resolve customer complaints; communicate status of Pit effectively to Pit Shift Manager; other duties assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Must have 2+ years of dealing or Pit floor experience; requires frequent walking and standing during entire shift; requires the ability to make decisions in stressful and diverse situations; requires motivation and initiative to meet the expectations of self and upper management; requires a professional attitude and demeanor; requires the ability to work extended hours, when necessary; requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with casino patrons and personnel; requires the ability to distinguish numbers, letters and symbols; requires normal vision range and hearing; requires the use of computers and calculators; requires the ability to work in an environment with consistently high noise levels, exposure to second hand cigarette smoke, perfume, and other scents; requires the ability to lift 30 pounds; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to lead and manager others; interact effectively with co-workers; understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; accept constructive criticism.
