Required Certification/Licenses: Southern Nevada Health Card & T.A.M. Card (for 21 years old & above) Job Summary - Assist servers in all aspects of their positions
Duties & Responsibilities - Responsible for keeping service stations neat, clean, and organized; retrieve full bus carts and deliver to dish station; return empty/clean bus carts to service stations; stock service stations with ice when needed; restock milk and juice in dispensers when needed; do silverware roll-ups if needed and at the end of shift; assist servers with clearing and re-setting tables when needed; assist the host cashiers with seating when needed; help keep floor areas clean and free of debris and spills. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - One year food service experience is preferred; must have a friendly and outgoing personality; energetic work ethic; frequent walking, bending, twisting, prolonged standing is required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; must have good hand/eye coordination; must be able to communicate in fluent English; must maintain contact information, for example, home phone and/or cell phone; must have reliable transportation; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; follow directions from a supervisor; interact effectively with co-workers; understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; accept constructive criticism. |
