Job Summary - Responsible for guest satisfaction through the prompt and thorough cleaning of hotel rooms.
Duties & Responsibilities - Change Linen; make beds; replace used towels and wash cloths from hotel room bathrooms; clean glass and mirrors in hotel rooms; vacuum hotel room floors; dust hotel room furniture including fans; scrub and clean sinks, tubs, toilets, and floors; replenish disposable items such as hotel room stationary, soap, toilet tissue, and bath accessories; other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting; requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; requires flexibility; requires being mobile 99% of the shift; requires paying attention to detail; requires being thorough; requires good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity; requires the use of mops, brooms, dustpans, vacuums, and other cleaning agents; requires the safe use of cleaning chemicals; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor; requires the ability to follow directions; requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; requires the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; requires the ability to accept constructive criticism.
