Job Summary - Assures that all customers are courteously served with their purchases in clean and attractive environment. 

Duties & Resposibilities - Greets customer at the Gift Shop; responsible for providing accurate information to casino customers regarding special events; responsible for accurate cash transactions; price and stock Gift Shop merchandise as needed; assist with Gift Shop inventory count and control; assist Gift Shop Customers with merchandise; promote outstanding customer service; keep gift shop and work area neat and clean; other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping and twisting; requires the ability to operate computers, phones, radios, cash register, and Gift Shop equipment; typing skills required; requires the use of a stepladder; must be able to lift boxes, cases and equipment up to 30 pounds; professional appearance and grooming a must; positive attitude; must be able to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to all guests; must be willing and able to work flexible hours as required; ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass chemical dependency test as required; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to follow directions; requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; requires the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; requires the ability to accept constructive criticism; requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
