Job Summary - Responsible for coordinating all food between BOH (all kitchen staff ) & FOH (all Server / Server Assistant / Host staff ) to provide the guest with prompt and courteous food & beverage service

Duties & Responsibilities - Flag all VIP orders, Re-fire orders and notify both the FOH & BOH Management at the time of the VIP order, Re-fire order, Delayed order or if there is any other concern with any order, so that Management can “Table Touch” the guests; Must learn the F&B Service SOPs.; Must learn the Pivot Point System of Table Service.; Complete all orders for the Servers / Hosts / Server Assistants – Ready to Serve to the guests. (i.e. Toast, special requests) and repeat order back to Server for accuracy; Open, efficient and accurate communication between the Service Staff and Kitchen Staff; Prepare all essential condiments required for all orders; Prepare all To Go Orders; Remain attentive to the needs and request of the FIH Service staff and guests; Receive orders from the kitchen window check for ticket accuracy get all essential condiments required for orders, i.e.(tarter-cocktail sauce, lemons, sour cream, butter etc) on all required plates; Tray up all required orders; Notify the server to pick up table number; Utilizing the Pivot Point System and the Service SOPs, If the Server needs assistance with the delivery of the order, beverages or any other F&B service request then the Expeditor will deliver the order to the table – utilizing the Pivot Point System so as not to “Auction” the food to the guests; Ensure that all phases of the meal are carried out appropriately and in a timely manner to complete the ticket from the kitchen; Keep the Expedite line clean and organized at all times; Perform necessary side work and assist co-workers with side-work as needed or directed by Management; Perform any additional duties as directed by Management; Maintain neat and clean appearance of uniform; Assist others, as needed; Assist in helping to maintain a clean restaurant environment; Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - High school education or equivalent preferred. Prior restaurant, casino or hospitality experience required; Must be knowledgeable of the follow machines or equipment: micros, trays, soda & juice machines, milk dispenser, coffee maker, ice tea maker, toaster and various other F&B operations related equipment; Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations; Excellent communicating, interpersonal and organizational skills; Must have a positive attitude, professional appearance and pleasant demeanor; Skill in establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship with fellow employees; Must be guest service oriented; Must have knowledge of all menu items, prices, ingredients and sequence of service; Capable of reading and monitoring a Micros Touch Screen - Bump Bars - Modifiers - that will be a large part of the job; Ability to multi task; Ability to remain calm and composed in a high pressure situation; Ability to move at a fast pace; Ability to read, write legibly and communicate verbally in English; Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols; requires frequent bending, walking and reaching; requires frequent reading; Requires prolong standing; Requires carrying and manipulating trays up to 50 pounds; Requires mobility and moving through crowded areas; Requires hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity; Requires the ability to maintain equilibrium; Requires normal vision range; Requires a normal sense of smell, taste and hearing; Consistently will be in a high noise level; requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; the ability to accept constructive criticism; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to follow directions.
