Job Summary - Process Bonus Card applications and assist Bonus Card customers. Sell special event tickets. Promote Eureka events and amenities. Provide information to guests about Eureka Casino and other local attractions.

Duties & Responsibilities - Computer input of customer information on Bonus Card application; accurate dispersal of casino special events and gaming policies and procedures to casino customers; process production of Bonus Cards using equipment on site; produce customer certificates for redemption of Bonus Card points; maintain accurate cash bank; promote customer service; other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Courteous, professional demeanor; good scope of computer and related equipment skills; quick and reliable handling of customer requests, including point redemptions; requires ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds; ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations; ability to handle difficult guests/situations with tact and diplomacy; discreet manner; able to stay on top of all special events being held in casino and accurately disperse information to casino customers; willing to work flexible hours; ability to work in a drug-free environment and pass chemical dependency test as required; must be able to type; requires frequent standing; requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to follow directions; requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; requires the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; requires the ability to accept constructive criticism.
