Responsible for the overall cleanliness and neat appearance of the Casino building's carpets.
Vacuum and shampoo carpets; clean Bingo Hall, Dining Room, and all rest rooms in building; collect and dispose of garbage; clean on and around gaming machines; clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces; empty and clean ashtrays; clean employee dining room; clean administrative offices; occasional disposal of hazardous waste; other duties as assigned.
Must be Customer Service and Team oriented with a proven ability to follow direction. Requires frequent walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting; must be able to lift up to 70 pounds; requires close attention to detail; knowledge and use of cleaning chemicals with mechanical aptitude of machines; requires the ability to appear for work on time; the ability to follow directions from a supervisor; the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; the ability to accept constructive criticism; requires a positive attitude, and a pleasant demeanor.
