Job Title: Assistant Finance Controller

Job Description: Minimum Age: 21 years old

Required Certification/Licenses: Nevada Gaming Registration

Job Summary - Evaluate and manage processes that accurately and timely record transactions related to inventory and fixed assets in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP) and casino policies and procedures. Directly oversee accounting staff members.

Duties & Responsibilities - Plan and monitor the Accounting department’s general accounting for inventory costing, controls, and reconciliation; and fixed asset recording and reconciliation. Interview, hire and train team members; schedule and motivate team members; plan, assign and direct work. Manage the daily Title 31 compliance operation to include all reporting requirements. Understand and comply with Federal Title 31 regulations. Ensure accuracy of Title 31 related forms completed by casino staff. Ensure timely and accurate submission of Title 31 required document filings. Monitor and review all Title 31 operational areas for AML activity. Maintain all regulated paperwork and postings. Other duties as required or assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - BA degree in Accounting preferred. Two (2) years Casino Accounting work experience preferred. One (1) to two (2) years of experience with Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act), Anti-Money Laundering regulations in a casino environment preferred. Requires the ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English; strong math skills required; Office Skills, Excel, Word and PDF required; experience with Infinium, LGS, and CMS preferred; requires frequent sitting, twisting and use of computer; requires the ability to maintain confidentiality; requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor; requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds; requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time; requires the ability to manage own schedule based on business demands; requires the ability to follow directions; requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers; requires the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures; requires the ability to accept constructive criticism.

Job Title: Bingo Agent
